Quality Policy

The basic principle underlying the quality policy of Helikon Press Ltd. is customer satisfaction. We cooperate with our partners in such a way that their demands are defined prior to production and when we produce and sell our products our main aim is to meet the requirements of the clients. We deliver our products in accordance with quality requirements at a compatible price with a reasonable deadline punctually.
In order to achieve the above our most important guidelines are the following:

  • Producing top-quality labels and packaging materials using flexographic printing technology (offset printing quality),
  • Speed and accuracy in delivery dates and deadlines, flexibility and resilience to customer needs,
  • Familiarity with and implementation of relevant company laws in force,
  • Constant professional improvement, participation in domestic and international professional events, fairs, etc….,
  • Efficient cooperation in product development with our customers and suppliers,
  • Quick analyses of and solutions to quality defects of products,
  • Clear communication of quality standards towards our suppliers, establishing mutually beneficial relations,
  • Introducing and sustaining quality control management in compliance with MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standards and regulations regularly monitoring, updating and documenting them by internal and external audits to promote effective operation,
  • Constant innovation in printing technologies, products and services in accordance with customer demands.
